Allergies
There are all types of allergies. Mainly, what we call an allergy is merely a sensitivity which we’ve developed over time through a weakened immune system.
What weakens the immune system? Well, just about everything! Let me explain…
Our body doesn’t know the difference between good and bad stress so whether you’re getting married, planning a bucket trip to Europe, have been in a car crash or have the flu, your body sees these all as the same. I know, it doesn’t seem fair, but, well, that’s just the way it is.
Eating the same things over and over again also cause a breakdown of our immune systems. It’s alot more complicated than I’ll share here, since I’m just a patient, but for the most part, the repetitive process of breaking foods down require certain enzymes and nutrients that may be lacking if you are calling on them over and over and over again. See what I mean?
This is why some of you that have been to an allergist or natural type physician may have tried a food elimination diet or rotation diet, where you only eat the one type of food every 4th day. They claim that food takes a minimum of 72 hours to completely clear from end to end.
So what do you do if you’ve developed an allergy (sensitivity) to a food or other item because you eat it or inhale it daily? Most doctors will tell you that you must now avoid that item forever which is simply impossible, if not difficult at best.
There is another way… relieve the sensitivity. Yes, this can be done. It’s simple but not easy. Why is it not easy? Well, because who eats or inhales just one thing at a time? Because we combine so many items and substances in any one day, it takes time, and patience, but I believe it beats the alternative!
One of the quickest and simplest of treatments I know of that seems to help with these sensitivities (allergies as we call them) is Dr. Devi Nambudripad’s NAET or Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique. Just click on the acronym to learn more from her many books. Dr. Nambudripad healed herself of her severe chronic reactions and shared this with her many patients along the way. It really does help alot.
In fact, I believe a contributing factor to improving psoriasis symptoms probably to improving overall wellness for me has been NAET.
